"We bought a Sea Doo from you in April and when we got out to the lake, it wouldn't stay running. Our salesman came straight out to the water and attempted to help us. By then it was already late and he said we would have to take the ski back to the shop. The next day was Easter so I figured there was no way anyone was going to come in on Easter Sunday to work on my ski. I thought our weekend was pretty much ruined and we'd never be able to get our new toy out on the water. But they did. The service manager came in on his day off, Easter Sunday, and fixed my ski. He had us out on the water by 11 a.m. Sunday morning and came in when he didn't have to. They all appologized for our trouble but what I saw was a fantastic team who cares enough about their customers to do what they have to to keep us happy. Great sales team, great service department and an awesome overall experience. I will buy all my toys from Walts because I know I will be taken care of and my toys are guaranteed to be awesome. Thank you guys."

"We've been dealing with Walt's since early 2003. We have a fleet of around 50+ Yamaha watercraft. Nearly all of them bought from Walt's. We buy all our parts from Walt's even though we're in Las Vegas. When you run a rental fleet as large as ours support from a dealer is important.

" I went online searching for a KTM dealer in Arizona or California. After many hours of research and e-mails Tony Beck of Walts MotorSports responded to my questions on the 2008 KTM's. I am so happy he did, his service was outstanding, his staff is knowlegable and polite, very quick to make sure my needs were met. Tony, his dealership and his staff rate a perfect 10 in my mind.
Once in a while you find exceptional people, the people at Walt's are those people.
And they even took a picture of the new shiny bike with the wife and I (Big Smiles on our faces!!!)

"I had been to the other dealers in the area (Bullhead City & Kingman) and was disappointed with the way we were treated. But we decided to drive from Golden Valley to check you guys out anyway. You treated us with respect and gave us a fair quote on a 450 Rhino. It was closing time and you folks stayed to take care of us without hesitation.
